Laser Cutting/Engraving Services

We offer high precision laser cutting and engraving services on a range of different materials. We cater for very small, one off pieces to long-run production and finishing services. Laser cutting leaves an edge with a high-quality surface finish. We can cut acrylics up to 25mm with excellent clear edge on clear acrylics. For 25mm+ we can CNC cut and flame polish for excellent results.

Acrylic plaques are supplied as standard with anodised aluminium locators. We also stock a range of other standoffs such as brass, stainless, chrome, silver and of course we can powder coat to any RAL if need be. Flex Face Type 1 (How It Works)

Flex Face signs are an economical and flexible sign solution for customers who need a large sign, ideal for large display ads on factories, retail parks, distribution warehouses, shop fronts, airports as well as in high street installations throughout the world.

Combined with exceptional LED illumination, we can create bespoke signs from scratch. Non-Illuminated and canopy lit signs can also be catered for.

Flex Face signage systems are predominantly for outdoor use, but of course, can be used internally too. This 150mm depth, front loaded box is completely outdoor and weather resistant.

The digitally printed PVC graphics can be changed/reused on a regular basis for seasonal promotions, or retained for a long term presence.

Flex Face signs and sign boxes are available in a number of different profiles and sizes including single and double sided options.

Flexface Type 2 Fabric Installation

Fabric installation guide based on a 300x200cm box.

Cut fabric 12cm longer than the box on both sides. Then mark a perimeter line all around 5cm from the edge.

Place double sided tape on the outer edge of the perimeter line.

Flex Face Type 2 Fabric Installation

Place M6 threaded rods along the edge of the fabric and then remove the protection on the double sided tape.

Fold fabric over threaded rod and fix with double sided tape.

Then make sure profile is bur free, as it may tear fabric. Slide the profile through the fabric (Placing drops of oil in any tight spots). Finally, close each end of the profile with pliers.
